Information used for orders and enquiries
When you place an order, we collect the name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, selected products, quantities and order notes you provide. We use these details to handle your order, check payment, arrange delivery and respond to your enquiry. Bank-transfer receipts that you send to us are used to check payment. This checkout does not collect your card number or online-banking password.
Delivery and service providers
We share the recipient and delivery details needed by the courier or delivery provider to fulfil your order. Our website and order records are hosted by Hostinger and managed using WordPress and WooCommerce. These service providers process information as part of operating the website and delivery services.
Cookies, your enquiry list and measurement
WooCommerce uses cookies to maintain your shopping cart and checkout session. The enquiry list is saved locally in your browser so it can remain available while you browse. You can remove items from the list or clear your browser storage.
The Felton website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand visits, product interest and WhatsApp-link clicks. A WhatsApp-link click records interest; it does not confirm that a message was sent or a purchase was made. Your browser controls can restrict cookies and site storage.
WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with an enquiry for you to review and send. Information you send there is handled through WhatsApp, a Meta service, under its own privacy terms. You can also contact us on WhatsApp for help with an order.
Records and requests
We retain order, payment and enquiry records for fulfilment, customer service, accounting and applicable record-keeping requirements. Please contact us if you want to access or correct information you provided, or request its removal. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting, legal or security purposes.
