Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia
We dispatch from Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur (58200). Website checkout delivery is available within Peninsular Malaysia. We do not ship checkout orders to Sabah, Sarawak or Labuan.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed. Estimated courier transit is a further 1–3 working days after dispatch. Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Courier transit times are estimates.
Delivery charges
Enter your delivery address and postcode at checkout to see the delivery charge before placing your order. The charge is based on the selected products and quantities. Our packing estimate allows pots of the same model to nest, adding 5 cm in height per additional pot. Different models are calculated separately, and large stacks are split into parcels when necessary.
Payment by bank transfer
Checkout accepts manual bank transfer to our Maybank account. Our bank account details, the amount and your order reference appear on the confirmation page and in the order email. Use the order number as the transfer reference and send your receipt to 8Garden on WhatsApp. The order remains awaiting payment until we check the transfer. Never share your banking password or OTP with us.
