Products, quantities and prices
Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The single-piece price and discounted carton price are labelled separately. Choose the model, colour, ordering option and quantity before adding to your shopping cart. One carton contains the number of pots stated on its product page. Saucers are sold separately unless the listing expressly says they are included.
Placing an order
You may check out as a guest. Check the product details, colour, quantities, address, delivery charge and final total before placing your order. Bank-transfer instructions are provided after checkout. We check payment manually before dispatch. An order confirmation is not a payment receipt.
Delivery
Checkout delivery covers Peninsular Malaysia only. Dispatch is within 1–2 working days after confirmed payment, followed by an estimated 1–3 working days for the courier. Delivery charges are shown before you place the order.
Returns and help
Unused pots in original packaging may be returned by contacting us within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds policy. Contact us if you receive damaged, faulty or wrong items. Please contact us promptly if you need to correct or cancel an order before dispatch.
