-Please do not use the pump where there are sand and stones, which will hinder the use of the product. If you find noise from the product, please disassemble it for cleaning and make sure that there are no other foreign objects.

-Important fact: Lift height(H.Max) does not mean the fountain height from the outlet!

-If you have problem with the output height of the pump, please confirm it with the correct measure method:

1. Connect a transparent hose with the outlet of the pump.

2.Pull up and straighten the hose, start the pump.

3.Measure the height from the centre point of the pump to the water level in the hose. If you consider the output from the pump is not strong enough, please make sure that connect a hose to the outlet and make the hose higher than the water level.
